Care of Year Round Plants

Here are 3 practical tips to care for your plants regardless of the season.

• Care of house plants including tropical foliage and succulents are dependent upon the needs of each individual cultivar. Reading the plant tag will give you the light, watering, and feeding requirements for the plant.
• House plants like Cyclamen, African Violets, and others benefit from being watered from below (as in a saucer). Avoid getting water on the leaves.
• Orchids require little water – we encourage people to water once a week with two ice cubes. They prefer indirect lighting.
